基于动机行为转化的护理指导对慢性再障贫血患者的干预效果

摘　　要：目的探讨基于动机行为转化的护理指导对慢性再障贫血患者的干预效果。方法选取宝鸡市中心医院2017年3月至2019年12月收治的60例慢性再障贫血患者为研究对象。按照随机数表法将患者分为观察组和对照组,每组30例,于患者住院期间及出院后3个月,对照组给予常规护理指导干预,观察组则给予基于动机行为转化的护理指导干预。分别于干预前及出院后第3个月复诊时,采用SF-36生活质量评分及我院自制依从性评价量表评价并比较两组患者的生活质量和治疗依从性,并于出院后第3个月复诊时评价两组患者的临床疗效。结果观察组患者的治疗总有效率为96.67%,明显高于对照组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组和对照组患者干预后的社会功能[(6.98±1.57)分vs(4.78±0.84)分]、情绪功能[(6.57±1.39)分vs(3.68±0.81)分]、躯体功能[(7.54±1.64)分vs(5.23±1.01)分]及角色功能[(5.86±1.24)分vs(3.63±0.86)分]评分比较,观察组明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的治疗依从率为96.67%,明显高于对照组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于动机行为转化的护理指导对慢性再障贫血患者干预效果显著,其可提高患者的治疗依从性,提升生活质量,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the effect of nursing guidance based on motivation behavior transformation on patients with chronic aplastic anemia.Methods Sixty patients with chronic aplastic anemia in Baoji Central Hospital from March 2017 to December 2019 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table,the patients were divided into observation group and control group,with 30 patients in each group.During hospitalization and 3 months after discharge,the control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given nursing guidance based on motivation behavior transformation.Before the intervention and 3 months after discharge,SF-36 quality of life score and self-made compliance evaluation scale were used to evaluate and compare the quality of life and treatment compliance of the two groups.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was evaluated at the third month after discharge.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 96.67%,which was significantly higher than 80.00%in the control group(P<0.05).The social function,emotional function,physical function,and role function scores after intervention in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05):(6.98±1.57)points vs(4.78±0.84)points;(6.57±1.39)points vs(3.68±0.81)points;(7.54±1.64)points vs(5.23±1.01)points;(5.86±1.24)points vs(3.63±0.86)points.The treatment compliance rate of the observation group was 96.67%,which was significantly higher than 80.00%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing guidance based on motivation behavior transformation has a significant effect on the intervention of patients with chronic aplastic anemia,which can improve the treatment compliance and quality of life of patients,and is worthy of clinical application.
