摘　　要：厘清中国特色社会主义理论的开放性、历史规定性和时代性品质,在新时代具有特别的重要性和迫切性。在当下和未来实践中,中国特色社会主义理论的开放性、历史规定性和时代性品质体现在其要依据客观条件和时代环境进行不断的创新、发展并完善。如果无视甚至背离现实条件以及历史条件的制约因素,中国特色社会主义理论就必然因为不能正确指导中国特色社会主义实践而走向歧途甚至是走上邪路。在这一意义上,我们必须秉持党的实事求是的思想路线,准确把握中国特色社会主义理论创新、发展、完善的客观的历史条件和现实条件,并努力克服乃至超越客观的历史条件和现实条件的制约,最大限度地拓展中国特色社会主义理论的开放性。在这方面,当前尤其迫切的工作和任务,就是继续毫不动摇地坚持党的实事求是的思想路线以及改革开放道路的客观性。In the new era,It is of special importance and urgency to clarify the openness,historical stipulation and contemporary quality of the theory of socialism with Chinese characteristics.In the current and future practice,the openness,historical stipulation and epochal quality of the theory of socialism with Chinese characteristics is manifested in its continuous innovation,development and improvement according to the objective conditions and the epochal environment.If we ignore or even deviate from the restrictive factors of both realistic and historical conditions,the socialist theory with Chinese characteristics will inevitably fail to guide the practice correctly,which may be in a danger that the astray and wrong road of socialism with Chinese characteristics will be taken.In this sense,we must uphold the basic principle of seeking truth from facts,grasp the objective historical and realistic conditions in accuracy,which is prepared for theoretical innovation,development and perfection of socialism with Chinese characteristics,and apart from this,we should also strive to overcome and even surpass the constraints of objective historical and realistic conditions,so as to maximize the openness of socialist theory with Chinese characteristics.Regard of this,the most pressing task at present is to continue to adhere to the objectivity of the reform and opening-up path of seeking truth from facts.
