摘  要:河北丰宁电站是当前世界上在建装机容量最大的抽水蓄能电站。通过对其引水系统钢岔管焊接残余应力对比试验、水压试验结构应力测试、水压试验位移监测及体积变形测试等,研究分析试验过程中应力分布和变形规律,验证了钢岔管焊缝接头承受极端荷载的能力、钢岔管设计方案的合理性和施工工艺的可靠性。说明水压试验对焊接残余应力的峰值、钢岔管尖端应力及施工附加变形起到了有效的消减作用,为钢岔管的长期稳定运行提供了安全保障。Hebei Fengning Power Station is a pumped storage power station with the largest installed capacity currently under-construction in the world.The buried steel bifurcation pipe is studied with hydraulic pressure tests,including the comparison of the welding residual stresses,structural stress test,displacement monitoring and volume deformation test.The stress distribution and deformation characteristics are analyzed.The ultimate load bearing capacity of the welded joints of the bifurcation pipe,the rationality of the design scheme and the reliability of the construction process are verified.It shows that the hydraulic pressure test can effectively reduce the peak value of the welding residual stress,the stress in pipe tips and the additional deformation due to construction,which provides safety guarantee for the long-term stable operation of the pipe.
