摘　　要：根据我国抽水蓄能电站的电价模式,分析内蒙古呼和浩特抽水蓄能电站电价机制的探索与形成,由于抽水蓄能电站经济和技术上的特殊性,结合我国电力体制改革的总体部署,按照循序渐进,分步实施的原则,最终确定了呼蓄电站采用两部制电价机制。The current electricity pricing modes in China is summarized.Then,the electricity pricing mechanism in Hohhot Pumped Storage Power Station is introduced.Considering the economic and technical particularity of pumped storage power stations,and following the overall arrangement of China’s electric power system reform,the two-part tariff mechanism is adopted in Hohhot Pumped Storage Power Station with the principle of gradual and step-by-step implementation.
