摘　　要：根据草街航电枢纽工程泄洪闸门的安装工作面移交滞后、场地狭窄、工期紧、任务重、交叉作业多的具体情况,经深入分析研究,贯彻“服务、协调、督促、管理”的八字方针,必选最优方案,采取激励措施,充分调动参建单位的积极性,共同努力,精心策划、设计与组织施工;实现了15扇工作闸门提前下闸挡水目标,抗击1.25万m3/s洪峰,避免了弃水带来的发电损失。The installation work of the flood discharge gates in Caojie Navigation-power Junction is of a lot of difficulties such as the delayed handover of the installation area,narrow work site,tight construction schedule,heavy workload,and a lot of cross operations.Following the principles of“service,coordination,supervision and management”,an optimal construction scheme is proposed and adopted.The enthusiasm of participating units is also fully mobilized by effective incentive measures.With the careful plan,design and construction organization,the installation work of 15 gates is accomplished ahead of schedule,which ensures the flood control objective and also reduces the power generation loss due to abandoned water.
