摘 要:目的探讨天使学徒驻点教学模式的效果。方法选取泰州职业技术学院与泰州市人民医院院校合作的两届高职护理驻点班学生作为研究对象。其中2016级35名护生为对照组,采取传统驻点教学模式;2017级38名护生为试验组,实施天使学徒驻点教学模式。比较两组护生在理论成绩、操作成绩、评判性思维能力以及人际沟通能力上的区别。结果试验组护生理论成绩(t=4.47,P<0.01)、操作成绩(t=6.33,P<0.01)、评判性思维能力(t=-10.91,P<0.01)以及人际沟通能力(t=-6.41,P<0.01)均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义。结论天使学徒驻点教学模式有利于学生的成绩提高、评判性思维能力和人际沟通能力的培养,可应用于高职护理专业人才的培养。Objective To explore the effect of the angel apprentice resident teaching mode.Methods From Septem⁃ber 2017 to July 2019,two sessions of students from Taizhou Polytechnic College were enrolled.Class 2016,in⁃cluding 35 nursing students,served as the control group in which traditional resident management model was ap⁃plied.Class 2017,including 38 nursing students,took part in the experimental group in which the angel appren⁃tice teaching mode was carried out.The theoretical achievements,the scores of skills,critical thinking ability and interpersonal communication ability of the two groups were compared.Results The theoretical achievements,the scores of skills,critical thinking ability and interpersonal communication ability of nursing students in the ex⁃perimental group were higher than those in the control group.Conclusions The use of angel apprentice resident teaching mode can improve students’theoretical achievements,the scores of skills,critical thinking ability and in⁃terpersonal communication ability.And this mode is a good option for nursing training of higher vocational edu⁃cation.
