泰州西北化工区转型农产品冷链物流园区研究

摘　　要：文章依据泰州城市发展和化工产业布局战略规划调整布局,提出从利用泰州农业优势,建设农产品批发市场;发挥园区拥有铁路专用线、与通扬运河、公路网相邻区位优势,规划园区功能;构建物流信息平台,实现物流规模化、节约化等三个方面着力西北工业区转型冷链物流园区的建设思路,实现泰州冷链物流发展的新跨越。According to the strategic planning of urban development and adjustment of chemical industry layout in Taizhou,it is proposed to make use of the local agricultural advantages to build a wholesale market for agricultural products,to plan the park's functions by taking advantage of the special railway lines,adjacent to Tongyang Canal and highway network;to construct logistics information platform to realize the large-scale of logistics,thus econo⁃mizing logistics.From the above three aspects,we will focus on the construction of the cold chain logistics park in the northwestern industrial zone and achieve a new span in the development of cold chain logistics in Taizhou.
