心理疏导+精细化护理干预在肿瘤患者行PET-CT检查中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的探讨心理疏导+精细化护理干预在肿瘤患者行PET-CT检查中的应用价值。方法将2019年5月至2020年5月期间在我院进行PET-CT检查的200例肿瘤患者作为研究对象,采用区组随机化分组法将患者平均分为常规组、研究组各100例,常规组实施基础护理,观察组在此基础上实施心理疏导+精细化护理,对比两组患者显像优良率、护理满意度评分、心理状态、检查依从率、检查用时、检查中断率、重复检查率。结果研究组患者显像优良率、检查依从率明显高于常规组;研究组患者汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分、汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评分,护理人员护理态度、隐私保护、反馈速度、技术水平、心理护理满意度评分均明显优于常规组;且研究组患者检查用时、检查中断率及充分检查率均显著低于常规组,数据存在明显差异,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在常规护理的基础上实施心理疏导+精细化护理,能够有效改善肿瘤患者心理状态,提高患者的检查依从性,为检查质量提供保障,具有较高的临床应用价值。Objective To explore the application value of psychological counseling and refined nursing intervention in PET-CT examinations for cancer patients.Methods 200 tumor patients undergoing PET-CT examinations in our hospital from May 2019 to May 2020 were taken as the research objects.The block randomization meth⁃od was used to divide the patients into the control group and the test group with 100 cases each.The control group was given basic nursing,while the test group implemented psychological counseling and refined nursing.The two groups were compared in terms of the superior rate of imaging,nursing satisfaction score,psychological conditions,examination obedience rate,examination time,examination interruption rate,and repetition exami⁃nation rate.Results The superior rate of imaging and obedience rate of patients in the test group were significant⁃ly higher than those in the control group.The Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)scores,Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)scores,nursing attitudes,privacy protection,and feedback speed,technical level,and psychologi⁃cal care satisfaction scores of patients in the test group were significantly better than those in the control group.And the examination time,examination interruption rate,and repetition examination rate of the patients in the test group were significantly lower than those in the control group.There were significant differences in data(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of psychological counseling and refined nursing based on basic nursing can effectively improve the psychological conditions of cancer patients and the compliance of patients with exam⁃inations,and provide guarantee for the quality of examination,which has high clinical application value.
