摘  要:270 V高压直流固态功率控制器在接通或关断过程中会出现过载、短路、大容量的容性负载等,这些将产生很大电流冲击,引发严重的安全事故。针对上述问题,基于DSP系列的微控制器设计了一种270 V高压直流固态功率控制器软启动保护电路,通过初步设计的原理样机,实现了电路的缓启缓关、过载反时限(I2 T)跳闸保护、短路保护等功能,较好地解决了高压直流固态功率控制器在接通或关断时产生大电流冲击的问题,极大提高了飞机供配电时的可靠性和安全性。In the process of switching on or off,the 270 V high voltage DC( HVDC) solid state power controller( SSPC) will have overload,short circuit,large capacity capacitive load and so on,which will generate great current shock,leading to serious safety accidents. In order to solve the above problem,a 270 V HVDC SSPC soft start circuit is designed based on the microcontroller of DSP series. Through the preliminary design of the prototype,the functions of the circuit such as slow start and slow off,overload inverse time( I2 T) trip protection and short circuit protection are realized. The problem of high current shock caused by the high voltage SSPC is solved well when the high voltage SSPC is turned on or off. The reliability and safety of aircraft power supply and distribution are greatly improved.
