摘  要:声表面波三工器是载波聚合技术中的关键器件,在移动通信中不可或缺。三颗单滤波器直接合成三工器的插入损耗和回波损耗会严重恶化,须优化合成网络改善指标。根据三工器电路拓扑结构分析出网络合成后性能恶化的两个关键因素。通过细化二端口网络,分析各频段滤波器输入阻抗对泄漏损耗的影响,并在史密斯圆图上画出低泄漏损耗区,从理论上找到了合成后插入损耗的影响因素。利用并联导纳建立约束方程,确保网络合成后公共端各频段滤波器能够共用同一个匹配电路来改善回波损耗。优化了Band1+3+7三工器合成网络,并实际制作了测试板。经实验验证,通过调节等效输入阻抗进入低泄漏损耗区和遵守并联导纳约束方程能够有效解决三工器网络合成问题。SAW triplexer is a key component in carrier aggregation technology and is indispensable in mobile communications. The insertion loss and return loss of the triplexer directly synthesized by three single filters will seriously deteriorate,and the synthesis network must be optimized to improve the indicators. According to the topology of the triplexer circuit,two key factors that degrade the performance after network synthesis are analyzed. By refining the two-port network,analyzing the influence of the input impedance of the filter in each frequency band on the leakage loss,and drawing the low leakage loss area on the Smith chart,the factors that affect the insertion loss after synthesis are found theoretically. The parallel admittance is used to establish the constraint equation to ensure that the filters of each frequency band at the public end of the network can share the same matching circuit after network synthesis to improve the return loss. The Band1 + 3 + 7 triplexer synthesis network is optimized,and a test board is produced. Experiments prove that the problem of triplexer network synthesis can be effectively solved by adjusting the equivalent input impedance to the low leakage loss region and complying with the parallel admittance constraint equation.
