全自动取制样系统在原燃料进厂检验中的应用

摘　　要：介绍了山东钢铁日照公司原燃料全自动取样系统和制样系统的组成以及工作流程。系统采用自动全断面采样方式,将制样、筛分、水分检测等功能设备模块化,利用机械手来实现样品制备、粒度试验以及全水分测定等功能的组合,确保粒度试验数据、全水分含量以及制备样品均符合标准要求,保证取样公正透明、全程杜绝人工干预。每年检验结算煤、矿石等原燃料2000余万t。This paper introduces the composition and workflow of the automatic sampling system and sample preparation system of raw fuel in Rizhao Company of Shandong Steel.The system adopts automatic full-section sampling method,modularizes functional equipment such as sample preparation,screening and moisture detection,and realizes the combination of functions such as sample preparation,particle size test and total moisture determination by manipulator to ensure that the particle size test data,total moisture content and prepared samples meet the standard requirements,ensure that the particle size test data,total water content and prepared samples meet the standard requirements,ensure fair and transparent sampling,eliminate manual intervention in the whole process,more than 20 million tons of raw fuels such as coal and ore were tested and settled every year.
