检验检测实验室管理信息系统在冶金企业中的应用

摘　　要：针对冶金企业检验检测实验室日常业务存在的问题,建立实验室管理信息系统。系统将现代化管理思想与网络技术、数据存储技术、数据采集分析技术有机结合,通过开发数据采集管理、数据接口管理、检验检测流程管理等模块功能使实验室检验数据信息化、检验业务流程化。系统实现了检验数据的自动采集与传递,降低了人为误差,实现了系统相关纸质单据或台账的电子化,确保了数据的原始性和准确性,推进了检验业务规范化管理。In view of the problems existing in the routine business of the inspection and testing laboratories in metallurgical enterprises,the laboratory management information system is established.The system combines modern management thought with network technology,data storage technology and data collection and analysis technology,through the development of data acquisition management,data interface management,inspection process management module functions such as laboratory inspection data information,inspection business process.The system has realized the automatic collection and transmission of the inspection data,reduced the human error,realized the system related paper document or the account electronization,guaranteed the data primitive and the accuracy,promoted the inspection service standardization management.
