摘 要:基于多层高分子液晶聚合物(LCP)技术,采用网络综合法,设计了一款超高频(UHF)低通滤波器。利用三维电磁仿真软件HFSS,进行了高Q值、小体积电容、电感,以及UHF低通滤波器立体结构的设计和优化。采用50μm厚度双面覆铜的LCP基板以及25μm厚度的粘合板,结合铜浆垂直互连工艺,进行了低通滤波器多层结构加工。测试结果表明:该低通滤波器截止频率为1 GHz,在0~1 GHz的通带范围内回波损耗在-10 dB以下,插损最大为-2.6 dB,在2 GHz处,带外抑制达到-38 dB,器件尺寸为10.1 mm×3.5 mm×0.197 mm。该研究验证了多层LCP工艺在微波频段内具有较高的集成度。In this paper,an ultra-high-frequency(UHF)low-pass filter is designed using the network synthesis method,and then it is prepared by liquid crystal polymer(LCP)technology.The three-dimensional structure of high Q value,small volume capacitor,inductance,and UHF low-pass filter are designed and optimized based on the three-dimensional electromagnetic simulation software HFSS.Using a 50μm thick double-sided copper-clad LCP substrate and a 25μm thick adhesive board,combined with the copper paste vertical interconnection process,the low-pass filter multilayer structure is processed.The test results show that the cut-off frequency of the low-pass filter is 1 GHz,the return loss is below-10 dB in the passband range of 0-1 GHz,and the maximum insertion loss is-2.6 dB.At 2 GHz,the out-of-band rejection reaches-38 dB.The device size is 10.1 mm×3.5 mm×0.197 mm.The study verified that the multilayer LCP process has high integration in the microwave frequency band.
