活血化淤软膏的制备及其药效学与皮肤致敏性研究

摘　　要：目的制备活血化淤软膏,并探讨其药效学与致敏性。方法采用乳化法,以蒲公英、甘草、黄连、薄荷脑、冰片等药材制备活血化淤软膏;建立淤伤模型大鼠,随机分成3组,空白组不做处理,实验组涂抹软膏,对照组涂抹基质,探究活血化淤软膏的功效,并采用同体自身对比法进行皮肤过敏性试验。结果实验组大鼠淤伤完全恢复正常所需时间比空白组和对照组短,且该软膏对淤伤大鼠的前期消肿有明显的作用。同时,所有过敏性试验受试大鼠均未出现红斑、哮喘、水肿等严重的全身性过敏反应,试验期间无不良反应,情况良好。结论活血化淤软膏对外伤性淤伤的治疗有一定的促进作用,安全可靠,经皮给药无明显不良反应,可为治疗外伤淤伤药物的开发提供参考。OBJECTIVE To prepare Huoxue Huayu ointment and to detect its pharmacodynamics and sensitization.METHODS Dandelion,licorice,berberine,menthol,borneol were used as raw materials to prepare the Huoxue Huayu ointment by emulsification.Rats with bruise model were established and randomly divided into 3 groups.The blank group was not treated,the experimental group was smeared with ointment and the control group was smeared with matrix.The skin allergy test was carried out using the self-contrast method to explore the efficacy of Huoxue Huayu ointment.RESULTS The time required for the rats in experimental group to completely return to normal was shorter than that in blank group and control group.The ointment had a significant effect on the early swelling of bruised rats.All rats tested in allergic tests were in good condition and there were no severe systemic allergic reactions such as erythema,asthma,and edema.CONCLUSION Huoxue Huayu ointment can promote the treatment of traumatic bruises.It is regarded safe and reliable and there is no obvious adverse reaction through transdermal administration,which can provide direction for the development of traumatic bruises.
