多形红斑样羊痘1例

摘　　要：患者女,46岁。右手中指红斑,疼痛7 d,双手中指、右前臂红斑、丘疹3 d。查体:双手中指、右前臂孤立分布3处暗红色斑丘疹,中央脐凹状,呈靶形表现。右前臂皮损组织病理示:表皮轻度角化过度,棘层肥厚,皮突变尖,并可见表皮内水疱,疱内有纤维蛋白、中性粒细胞,水疱周围真皮蛛网状水肿;血管周围大量中性粒细胞、淋巴细胞、嗜酸性粒细胞浸润。诊断:羊痘。A 46-year-old woman presented painful erythema in her right middle finger for 7 days,and papular lesion in her right forearm and two middle fingers for 3 days.Examination showed 3 isolated dark red spotted papules in her middle fingers and right forearm.Histopathological examination of skin lesions in the right forearm showed mild hyperkeratosis of the epidermis,hypertrophy of the spinous layer,sharp tip of the skin,and visible intradermal blister with fibrin and neutrophils,dermal spider-web edema around the blister,there were a large number of neutrophils,lymphocytes and eosinophils infiltrate around the blood vessels.The women was diagnosed as orf.
