盐酸达克罗宁胶浆在普外科老年患者胃管置入术中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨盐酸达克罗宁胶浆在普外科老年患者胃管置入术中的应用效果,观察其对行胃管置入术者的舒适度、满意度、疼痛程度及不良反应的影响。方法:将120例行胃管置入术的老年患者随机分为试验组和对照组,每组60例。试验组采用盐酸达克罗宁胶浆辅助行胃管置入术,对照组采用石蜡油辅助行胃管置入术,观察比较两组的一次置管成功率、患者自拔管率、不良反应情况、舒适度、满意度及疼痛程度。结果:试验组的一次置管成功率、舒适度、满意度高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组的不良反应(呛咳、恶心、呕吐、躁动及鼻咽部出血)发生率、自行拔管率及疼痛程度显著低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:达克罗宁胶浆可以提高普外科老年患者胃管置入术的一次置管成功率,降低自行拔管率,提高患者的舒适度、满意度,降低胃管置入的不良反应发生率及疼痛程度,且方法简单易操作,值得临床推广。Objective:To investigate the effects of Dyclonine Hydrochloride Mucllage in gastric tube implantation in elderly patients of general surgical department,and to observe the influence of adverse reaction,comfort,satisfaction and degree of pain when patients were conducted gastric tube placement.Method:A total of 120 elderly patients undergoing gastric tube implantation were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 60 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with Dyclonine Hydrochloride Mucllage for gastric tube implantation,while the control group was treated with Paraffin for gastric tube implantation.The success rate of primary catheterization,self extubation rate,the rate of adverse reactions,patients’satisfaction for nursing,patients’comfort and pain degree were observed and compared.Result:The success rate of primary catheterization,patients’comfort and patients’satisfaction in the observed group were significantly higher than those of control group(P<0.05).The rate of adverse reactions,self extubation rate and pain degree in the observed group were statistically lower than those of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Dyclonine Hydrochloride Mucllage may improve the success rate of primary catheterization,patients’comfort and patients’satisfaction of the elderly patients of general surgical department,and decrease the the rate of adverse reactions,self extubation rate and pain degree.This methods is simply easy to operate,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
