摘  要:目的:研究高血压患者尿酸水平与左心室肥厚的关系。方法:回顾性分析2019年1-12月在本院住院的高血压患者183例,按左心室肥厚标准分为左心室正常组和左心室肥厚组,收集尿酸、超声心动图等指标。双变量相关分析尿酸与左室质量指数(LVMI)的相关性。多因素Logistic回归探讨尿酸与左心室肥厚的关系。结果:左心室肥厚组的尿酸高于左心室正常组[(383.4±85.66)μmol/L vs(331.17±71.74)μmol/L],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Pearson相关分析示尿酸与LVMI呈正相关(r=0.425,P<0.05)。多因素Logistic回归分析,校正年龄、性别、吸烟、病程等因素后,尿酸仍然是左心室肥厚的危险因素(OR=1.010;95%CI=1.004,1.016;P<0.05)。结论:高血压患者随着尿酸水平的升高,发生左心室肥厚的危险度升高。Objective:To investigate the relationship between uric acid and left ventricular hypertrophy in patients with hypertension.Method:Inpatients with hypertension in our hospital between January and December 2019 were included in the retrospective study(n=183).Patients were divided into normal left ventricular group and left ventricular hypertrophy group according to the criteria of left ventricular hypertrophy.The blood uric acid and echocardiogram were collected.Bivariate analysis was performed to find out the relationship between uric acid and left ventricular mass(LVMI).Logistic regression was used to explore the relationship between uric acid and left ventricular hypertrophy.Result:The uric acid was significantly higher in left ventricular hypertrophy group than that of normal left ventricular group[(383.4±85.66)μmol/L vs(331.17±71.74)μmol/L,(P<0.05)].Uric acid was found to correlate positively with LVMI(r=0.425,P<0.05).In the multiple Logistic regression analysis,after adjusting for age,sex,smoking and other factors,Uric acid was still the risk factor of left ventricular hypertrophy(OR=1.010;95%CI=1.004,1.016;P<0.05).Conclusion:With the increase of uric acid level,the risk of left ventricular hypertrophy increases in patients with hypertension.
