清骨散加减治疗腰椎结核的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的:研究清骨散加减治疗腰椎结核的临床效果。方法:选取笔者所在医院2014年6月-2019年6月收治的60例腰椎结核(阴虚内热型)患者,将其按照随机分组法分为观察组和对照组,每组30例,分别采取清骨散加减+标准一线抗结核药物化疗、标准一线抗结核药物化疗,比较两组VAS评分、ODI评分、治疗前后红细胞沉降率变化,治疗9个月后对比两组疗效。结果:治疗后观察组VAS评分、ODI评分、红细胞沉降率水平均低于对照组,观察组治疗总有效率(93.33%)高于对照组(73.33%),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:腰椎结核患者服用清骨散加减与抗结核西药综合治疗,与单纯抗结核西药治疗相比,可明显提高治疗效果,且安全性高。Objective:To study the clinical effect of Qinggu Powder addition and subtraction in treatment of lumbar tuberculosis.Method:A total of 60 lumbar tuberculosis(Yin deficiency and internal heat type)in our hospital from June 2014 to June 2019 were selected,they were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,30 cases in each group,Qinggu Powder addition and subtraction+standard first-line anti-tuberculosis drug chemotherapy and standard first-line anti-tuberculosis drug chemotherapy were respectively adopted.The VAS score,ODI score,ESR changes before and after treatment,and curative effect after 9 months of treatment were compared between the two groups.Result:After treatment,VAS score,ODI score and erythrocyte sedimentation rate in the observation group were all lower than those in the control group,the total effective rate in the observation group(93.33%)was higher than that in the control group(73.33%),the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with simple anti tuberculosis western medicine treatment,the combined treatment with Qinggu Powder addition and subtraction and anti-tuberculous western medicine for the patients with lumbar tuberculosis can significantly improve the therapeutic effect and is of high safety.
