护理专案对儿科外周静脉留置针不规范使用率及留置时间的影响分析

摘　　要：目的:研究护理专案对儿科外周静脉留置针不规范使用率及留置时间的影响。方法:选择2019年2-4月笔者所在医院未采取护理专案时儿科使用留置针120例患儿作为对照组,选择2019年6-8月本院采取护理专案后儿科使用留置针120例作为试验组,比较两组患儿静脉留置针不规范使用率、留置时间和不良反应的发生率。结果:试验组留置针不规范使用率(6.67%)低于对照组(24.17%),差异有统计学意义(P=0.002);试验组留置时间为(2.19±0.38)d,短于对照组的(4.85±1.21)d,差异有统计学意义(P=0.001);试验组不良反应发生率(4.17%)低于对照组(15.00%),差异有统计学意义(P=0.001)。结论:在儿科使用外周静脉留置针时使用护理专案的方法,可以有效降低留置针不规范使用率和留置时间,减少了感染的风险,值得临床的推广和使用。Objective:To study the effect of nursing project on the irregular use rate and indwelling time of pediatric peripheral vein indwelling needle.Method:A total of 120 pediatric patients who received indwelling needle when the author’s hospital did not take nursing project from February to April 2019 were selected as the control group,and 120 pediatric patients who received indwelling needle after our hospital took nursing project from June to August 2019 were selected as the experimental group.The rate of irregular use,retention time and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result:The irregular use rate of indwelling needle in the experimental group(6.67%)was lower than that in the control group(24.17%),the difference was statistically significant(P=0.002).The indwelling time in the experimental group was(2.19±0.38)d,which was shorter than that in the control group(4.85±1.21)d,the difference was statistically significant(P=0.001).The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group(4.17%)was lower than that in the control group(15.00%),the difference was statistically significant(P=0.001).Conclusion:The method of nursing project can effectively reduce the rate of irregular use and retention time of indwelling needle,reduce the risk of infection,and is worthy of clinical promotion and use.
