依据GB/T 5599 和GB/T 17426开展长大货物车动力学性能试验的比较分析

摘　　要：在铁路长大货物车动力学性能评定试验中,存在引用执行标准不确定的情况。有时执行GB/T 5599—1985《铁道车辆动力学性能评定和试验鉴定规范》(已废止),有时执行GB/T 17426—1998《铁道特种车辆和轨行机械动力学性能评定及试验方法》。总结长大货物车动力学性能标准引用执行的历史情况,针对长大货物车的特殊性,分析溯源GB/T 5599—1985和GB/T 17426—1998在长大货物车动力学性能标准执行条款的差异,对比分析了2个标准在试验方法、评定指标、数据处理等方面的差异,提出我国铁路长大货物车动力学性能试验标准的建议。In the dynamic performance evaluation test of railway long cargo vehicle,there are instances where refer⁃ence execution standards are uncertain.GB/T 5599—1985 Railway vehicles specification for evaluation the dynamic performance and accreditation test(voided)and GB/T 17426—1998 Dynamic performance evaluation and test meth⁃od for particular class vehicles and tracked machine is executed one after the other.Execution history cited of long car⁃go vehicle in terms of dynamics performance standards is summarized.In terms of the particularity of it,it analyses of traceability of GB/T 5599—1985 and GB/T 17426—1998 in means of performance standards.This paper compares and contrasts the test methods,evaluation indexes,data processing and so on of the two standards,proposes railway long cargo vehicle dynamics performance test standard in China.
