摘　　要：介绍TB/T 456.3—2018《机车车辆自动车钩缓冲装置第3部分:钩尾框》的修订背景、原则和依据。从标准的范围、基本型式与尺寸、材料、动态撕裂吸收功和无塑性转变温度、工艺要求、表面质量要求、探伤要求、焊修要求、内部密实度要求等方面,解读标准的主要修订内容。对标准的贯彻实施提出建议。This article introduces principle and basis of the revision of TB/T 456.3—2018 Automatic coupler and draft gear for rolling stock—Part 3:Coupler yoke.The main revision contents of the standard are interpreted from the aspects of the scope,basic type and size,materials,dynamic tearing absorption energy and non-plastic transition tem⁃perature,process requirements,surface quality requirements,flaw detection requirements,welding repair require⁃ments,internal compactness requirements,and etc.Further suggestions are raised for the implementation of the stan⁃dard.
