艾司洛尔对颅内动脉瘤手术患者心肌损伤的影响研究

摘　　要：目的:探究艾司洛尔对颅内动脉瘤患者心肌损伤的影响。方法:选取2018年3月-2019年6月的60例颅内动脉瘤手术患者为研究对象,将其根据治疗方法的不同分为对照组(美托洛尔组)和观察组(艾司洛尔组),每组30例。比较两组手术前后的心肌损伤指标(BNP及cTnI)、儿茶酚胺(NE及DA)及心脏超声指标(LVEF及LVESD)。结果:术前两组的心肌损伤指标、儿茶酚胺及心脏超声指标比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),术后1 d、3 d及7 d,观察组的心肌损伤指标、儿茶酚胺及LVESD均显著低于对照组,LVEF显著高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:艾司洛尔对颅内动脉瘤患者心肌损伤的影响相对更好,在颅内动脉瘤手术患者中的应用价值更高。Objective:To investigate the influence of esmolol for myocardial injury of patients with intracranial aneurysm surgery.Method:A total of 60 surgical patients with intracranial aneurysm surgery from March 2018 to June 2019 were chosen as the study object,and they were divided into the control group (Metoprolol group) and the observation group (Esmolol group),with 30 cases in each group,according to the differences of treatment methods.Then the myocardial injury indexes (BNP and cTnI),catecholamine (NE and DA) and cardiac ultrasound indexes (LVEF and LVESD) of the two groups before and after the surgery were compared.Result:The myocardial injury indexes,catecholamine and cardiac ultrasound indexes of two groups before the surgery were compared,there were no statistically significant differences (P>0.05).After surgery for 1,3,7 days,the myocardial injury indexes,catecholamine and LVESD of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,LVEF were significantly higher than those of control group,there were statistically significant differences (P<0.05).Conclusion:The influence of Esmolol for myocardial injury of patients with intracranial aneurysm surgery are more better,and its application value in the surgical patients with intracranial aneurysm surgery is higher.
