多巴胺及酚妥拉明治疗肺心病难治性心衰的急诊临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的:研究多巴胺及酚妥拉明治疗肺心病难治性心衰的急诊临床效果。方法:随机选择笔者所在医院于2017年6月-2019年9月收治的68例肺心病难治性心衰患者作为研究对象,采用抽签法将其平均分为观察组和对照组,每组34例。对照组给予常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予多巴胺联合酚妥拉明治疗。比较两组生存质量、治疗效果及不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组身体状况评分(84.62±0.16)分、心理状况(85.96±0.25)分、社会功能(82.01±1.95)分,均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率为97.06%,不良反应发生率为5.88%,均优于对照组的70.59%、32.35%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:多巴胺与酚妥拉明治疗肺心病难治性心衰患者临床效果显著,可明显改善患者的生存质量。Objective:To study the clinical effect of Dopamine and Phentolamine in the emergency treatment of refractory heart failure of pulmonary heart disease.Method:A total of 68 patients with refractory heart failure of pulmonary heart disease admitted in our hospital from June 2017 to September 2019 were randomly selected as the study subjects.They were divided into the observation group and the control group by lottery,with 34 cases in each group.The control group was given routine treatment,and the observation group was given Dopamine combined with Phentolamine on the basis of the control group.The quality of life,treatment effect and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result:The scores of physical condition (84.62±0.16) points,psychological condition (85.96±0.25) points and social function (82.01±1.95) points in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 97.06%,and the incidence of adverse reactions was 5.88%,which were better than 70.59% and 32.35% in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of Dopamine and Phentolamine in the treatment of refractory heart failure of pulmonary heart disease patients is significant,and the quality of life can be improved significantly.
