摘　　要：目的:探讨血液灌流串联血液透析改善维持性血液透析合并营养不良患者营养状态的疗效与护理。方法:选取笔者所在医院2018年1月-2019年8月100例维持性血液透析合并营养不良患者,按照盲选法将患者分为对照组及观察组,各50例,对照组继续使用血液透析,观察组使用血液灌流串联血液透析,两组均配合综合护理措施,对比两组营养状态、相关临床指标。结果:干预后观察组CMIS评分、MQSGA评分、SGA评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后观察组Hb、ALB均高于对照组,IL-6、hs-CRP、TNF-α均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:维持性血液透析合并营养不良患者使用血液灌流串联血液透析,配合科学护理措施,可改善营养状态,各指标的恢复更加理想,具有推广价值。Objective:To investigate the efficacy and nursing of hemoperfusion tandem hemodialysis in improving nutritional status of patients with maintenance hemodialysis complicated with malnutrition Method:From January 2018 to August 2019,100 patients with maintenance hemodialysis complicated with malnutrition were divided into the control group and the observation group according to blind selection method,50 cases in each group.The control group continued to receive hemodialysis,while the observation group received hemoperfusion tandem hemodialysis.The two groups were combined with comprehensive nursing measures,and the nutritional status and relevant clinical indicators of the two groups were compared.Result:After intervention,CMIS score,MQSGA score and SGA score in the observation group were all lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).After intervention,Hb and ALB in the observation group were all higher than those in the control group,while IL-6,hs-CRP and TNF-were all lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:In patients with maintenance hemodialysis combined with malnutrition,using hemoperfusion tandem hemodialysis combined with scientific nursing measures can improve nutritional status,and the recovery of each index is more ideal,which has popularization value.
