药学监护模式在癌痛患者镇痛管理中的实践

摘　　要：目的:探讨癌痛患者镇痛管理中应用药学监护模式的应用价值。方法:本次研究对象均为笔者所在医院收治的80例恶性肿瘤患者,选取时间为2018年9月-2019年9月。按照随机分配原则将其平均分为对照组和试验组,每组40例。对照组接受常规镇痛指导,试验组接受药学监护干预。比较两组疼痛缓解率、不良反应发生率、用药依从性及生活质量。结果:试验组疼痛总缓解率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组不良反应发生率显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组用药总依从性高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组生活质量显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:癌痛患者镇痛管理中应用药学监护模式,能够有效减轻患者疼痛症状,降低不良反应发生率,提高患者用药依从性,对于改善患者的生活质量具有重要意义。Objective:To explore the application value of pharmacological monitoring model in analgesia management of cancer pain patients.Method:The subjects of this study were all 80 patients with malignant tumors admitted in our hospital,and the selection period was from September 2018 to September 2019.According to the principle of random distribution,they were equally divided into the control group and the experimental group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received routine analgesia guidance,while the experimental group received pharmaceutical monitoring intervention.The pain relief rate,incidence of adverse reactions,medication compliance and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Result:The total pain relief rate in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The total medication compliance of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The quality of life in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of pharmacological monitoring model in analgesia management of patients with cancer pain can effectively reduce the pain symptoms of patients,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,and improve patients’ medication compliance,which is of great significance for improving the quality of life of patients.
