摘　　要：简要介绍了化学杀线虫剂(包括有机磷、氨基甲酸酯、异硫氰酸酯、阿维菌素等)和生物杀线虫剂(包括真菌、细菌和植物源杀线虫剂)的历史和发展现状,以及各种杀线虫剂的作用机制。还介绍了化学杀线虫剂和生物杀线虫剂的一些重要商品化产品的主要用途。还对未来杀线虫剂的开发和线虫病的防治提出了建议,即注重生物源杀线虫剂的开发和制剂产品品质的改进,优先考虑采用综合管理策略防治植物线虫病,而不是单纯依赖各种杀线虫剂。The history and development status of both chemical nematicides(organophosphorus,carbamate,isothiocyanates and abamectin,etc.)and biological nematicides(fungal,bacterial and botanical),and the mode of action(mechanism)of various nematicides were simply described in this paper.The main uses of some commercialized important products of chemical nematicides and biological nematicides were also introduced.It was also suggested that the development of biological nematicides and the improvement of product quality should be the first priority in the future,and that the integrated management strategy for control of nematode diseases should be adopted as the first option,not only relying on use of nematicides.
