江苏省大学生就业能力与社会需求关系研究

摘　　要：采用实证研究的方法,运用SPSS 21.0进行问卷分析。研究结果表明:江苏省大学生的核心能力、宽泛能力、全包能力与其社会需求有显著相关性。应从建设协同平台、优化人才培养计划、加强社会联系、增强自信心、设计职业生涯规划方案入手,提高江苏省大学生就业能力与社会需求的匹配度。Based on the method of empirical research,this paper uses SPSS21.0 for questionnaire analysis.The results show that the core competence,broad competence and all-inclusive competence of college students in Jiangsu Province are significantly related to their social needs.Based on above analysis,this paper puts forward to build a collaborative platform,optimize talent training plan,strengthen social ties,enhance self-confidence,and design a career plan to improve the match of employment ability of college students in Jiangsu Province and social needs.
