摘　　要：目的:探讨经皮电刺激分娩镇痛结合气囊仿生助产对分娩结局的影响。方法:选取2019年1-12月于本院拟阴道分娩的100例初产妇为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为试验组与对照组,每组50例。试验组采取经皮电刺激分娩镇痛结合气囊仿生助产方式进行分娩,对照组采取传统分娩管理方式。比较两组分娩结局、第一、二产程时间、分娩疼痛及满意度评分。结果:试验组会阴侧切率、剖宫产率及新生儿窒息率均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组第一、二产程均明显短于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组疼痛评分低于对照组,且满意度评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:经皮电刺激分娩镇痛结合气囊仿生助产作用效果明显优于传统分娩管理方式,可明显缩短产程,降低会阴侧切率、剖宫产率及新生儿窒息率,且产妇满意度高,值得临床推广。Objective:To investigate the effect of percutaneous electrical stimulation labor analgesia combined with balloon bionic midwifery on labor outcomes.Method:A total of 100 primiparas scheduled for vaginal delivery in our hospital from January to December 2019 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into experimental group and control group according to the random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The experimental group was treated with percutaneous electrical stimulation labor analgesia combined with balloon bionic midwifery,while the control group was given conventional delivery management.The labor outcomes,first and second labor duration,labor pain and satisfaction scores were compared between the two groups.Result:The perineal side incision rate,cesarean section rate and neonatal asphyxia rate in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The first and second stages of labor in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The pain score of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group,and the satisfaction score was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of percutaneous electrical stimulation labor analgesia combined with balloon bionic midwifery is obviously better than the traditional delivery management,which can significantly shorten the labor process,reduce the rate of perineal side incision,cesarean section and neonatal asphyxia,moreover,the maternal satisfaction is high,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
