高密度脂蛋白对内皮祖细胞数量、功能的影响及其分子作用机制

摘　　要：高密度脂蛋白与内皮祖细胞在数量上存在密切的相关关系,这种相关关系不受低密度脂蛋白水平影响而独立存在,两者的作用及作用机制可能能作为动脉粥样硬化治疗的重要参考。作者试图阐明两者之间的作用机制,以"高密度脂蛋白,内皮祖细胞"为检索词检索中文期刊数据库,以"HDL,EPCs""high density lipoprotein,endothelial progenitor cells"为检索词检索PubMed数据库,对检索筛选后的43篇文献进行文献分析。分析发现,高密度脂蛋白能够增加内皮祖细胞数量、增强功能,具体表现为促进内皮祖细胞增殖及从骨髓造血干细胞中动员分化,提高内皮祖细胞黏附成血管能力。高密度脂蛋白主要通过载脂蛋白A1发挥上述作用。优质高密度脂蛋白和内皮祖细胞都能够抑制高血压、糖尿病继发的血管内皮损伤及动脉粥样硬化。提高优质高密度脂蛋白水平,或单纯提高载脂蛋白A1水平能够促进人体内皮祖细胞的修复功能,可以作为预防及治疗动脉粥样硬化的靶点。High density lipoprotein and endothelial progenitor cells have obvious correlations on their quantity and quality,which prompt that some direct interactions exist between them.Because of their important influences on atherosclerosis,the interaction between them maybe a key procedure in atherosclerosis,and the interaction and relation can be treated as an vital target in treatment of atherosclerosis.The authors then collected papers to elaborate the interaction between HDL and EPCs.We searched Chinese journal database and PubMed database by using"oxidized low-density lipoprotein,endothelial progenitor cells"as the search terms in English and Chinese,respectively.43 articles were further analyzed.Results shows that high density lipoprotein can enhance functions of endothelial progenitor cells,such as proliferation,migration,adhesion and angiogenesis,while oxidised high density lipoprotein have the opposite effects.Both high density lipoprotein and endothelial progenitor cells suppress vessel endothelial impairment and atherosclerosis.
