基于临床护理路径的精细化护理干预在胸腔镜下肺癌根治术患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨基于临床护理路径的精细化护理干预在胸腔镜下肺癌根治术患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2017年1月-2019年6月于本院行胸腔镜下肺癌根治术的肺癌患者80例,按照入院时间先后分为对照组(n=40)和观察组(n=40)。对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组给予基于临床护理路径的精细化护理干预。比较两组手术与术后恢复情况、心理状态及并发症发生情况。结果:观察组手术时间、拔管时间、首次下床时间以及住院时间均短于对照组,术中出血量少于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组焦虑自评量表(self-rating anxiety scale,SAS)与抑郁自评量表(self-rating depression scale,SDS)评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率为5.0%,明显低于对照组的20.0%(P<0.05)。结论:基于临床护理路径的精细化护理干预可改善胸腔镜下肺癌根治术患者的心理状态,缩短手术时间并减少并发症发生率,临床护理效果较好,值得临床推广。Objective:To explore the application effect of meticulous nursing intervention based on clinical nursing path in patients with thoracoscopic lung cancer radical surgery.Method:From January 2017 to June 2019,80 patients with thoracoscopic lung cancer radical surgery in our hospital were selected.They were divided into control group (n=40) and observation group (n=40) according to the time sequence of admission.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was given meticulous nursing intervention based on clinical nursing path.The surgery and postoperative recovery,psychological status and complications of the two groups were compared.Result:The surgery time,the extubation time,first time out of bed time and hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,the intraoperative blood loss was less than that of the control group (P<0.05).After the intervention,the scores of self-rating anxiety scale (SAS) and self-rating depression scale (SDS) in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 5.0%,significantly lower than 20.0% in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:The meticulous nursing intervention based on clinical nursing path can improve the psychological state of patients with thoracoscopic lung cancer radical surgery,shorten the surgery time and reduce the incidence of complications,the clinical nursing effect is good,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
