摘　　要：目的:评价自测健康评定量表(self rated health measurement scale,SRHMS)用于评定新疆居民主观健康状况的信度和效度。方法:通过分层随机抽样的方法,采用自测健康评定量表修订版(self-rated health measurement scale version1.0,SRHMS V1.0)现场调查新疆居民3 387人,收回有效问卷2 820份。考察量表的内部一致性信度和分半信度,使用相关性分析和探索性因子分析内容效度、结构效度和聚合效度。结果:总量表的克朗巴哈系数为0.826,标准化后的克朗巴哈系数为0.862。生理子量表、心理子量表和社会子量表的克朗巴哈系数分别为0.845、0.703和0.863。Spearman-Brown相关系数为0.620,Guttman split-half系数为0.600。内容效度方面显示除认知功能得分与心理健康自测量表得分,其余各维度得分与其相应的子量表得分的r值均大于0.7(P<0.001),而与非对应子量表得分r值大部分处于0.2~0.5(P<0.001)。结构效度方面显示探索性因子分析共提取9个特征值大于1的因子,44个条目分别归入9个因子与量表维度基本一致,最终降维为三个主成分。聚合效度方面显示各子量表分值与其对应的直接评价r值最高(P<0.001)。结论:使用SRHMS V1.0测量新疆居民的主观健康状况比较可靠、有效。Objective:To evaluate the reliability and validity of the self rated health measurement scale (SRHMS) in evaluating the subjective health status of Xinjiang residents.Method:By stratified random sampling method,3 387 Xinjiang residents were investigated by self-rated health measurement scale version1.0 (SRHMS V1.0),and 2 820 valid questionnaires were collected.The internal consistency reliability and split half reliability of the scale were investigated.The content validity,structural validity and aggregate validity were analyzed by correlation analysis and exploratory factor analysis.Result:The Cronbach coefficient of the total table was 0.826,and the standardized Cronbach coefficient was 0.862.The Cronbach coefficients of physiological subscale,psychological subscale and social subscale were 0.845,0.703 and 0.863,respectively.Spearman-Brown correlation coefficient was 0.620,Guttman split-half coefficient was 0.600.In terms of content validity,except for the scores of cognitive function and mental health self-test,the r values of the other dimensions and their corresponding subscales were all higher than 0.7 (P<0.001),while the r values of the non-corresponding subscales were mostly between 0.2 and 0.5 (P<0.001).In terms of structural validity,exploratory factor analysis extracted 9 factors with eigenvalues greater than 1,and 44 items were classified into 9 factors,which were basically consistent with the dimensions of the scale,and finally reduced to three principal components.In terms of aggregation validity,the scores of each subscale and its corresponding direct evaluation r value were the highest (P<0.001).Conclusion:Using SRHMS v1.0 to measure the subjective health status of Xinjiang residents is reliable and effective.
