抗阻运动干预在老年单纯性收缩期高血压患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨抗阻运动干预在老年单纯性收缩期高血压(isolated systolic hypertension,ISH)患者中的应用。方法:回顾性分析本院2019年2-5月收治57例ISH患者的临床资料。按照干预方法的不同,将其分为观察组29例和对照组28例,观察组采用抗阻运动干预,对照组采用有氧运动干预。比较两组患者干预前后收缩压、脉压、脉压指数及干预后生活质量评价量表(SF-36)评分。结果:干预前,两组的收缩压、脉压、脉压指数比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,观察组的收缩压、脉压、脉压指数均低于照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组生活质量各项评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对养老护理院内老年ISH患者使用抗阻运动方法进行干预,可有效降低患者的脉压指数,提高其生活质量。Objective:To investigate the application of resistance exercise intervention in elderly patients with Isolated systolic hypertension (isolated systolic hypertension,ISH).Method:The clinical data of 57 patients with ISH admitted to our hospital from February to May 2019 were retrospectively analyzed.According to different intervention methods,they were divided into observation group 29 cases and control group 28 cases,the observation group was intervened by resistance exercise,while the control group was intervened by aerobic exercise.The systolic blood pressure,pulse pressure,pulse pressure index and SF-36 scores before and after the intervention were compared between the two groups.Result:Before intervention,there were no significant differences in systolic blood pressure,pulse pressure and pulse pressure index between the two groups (P>0.05).After the intervention,the systolic blood pressure,pulse pressure and pulse pressure index of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).After the intervention,the quality of life scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:The intervention of resistance exercise in elderly ISH patients in nursing homes can effectively reduce the pulse pressure index of patients and improve their quality of life.
