摘　　要：研究胎体采用聚酯帘布和钢丝帘线对轿车子午线轮胎性能的影响,探讨轿车子午线轮胎胎体采用钢丝帘线的优缺点。结果表明:与聚酯帘布轮胎相比,钢丝帘线轮胎强度性能、高速性能和低气压耐久性能提高;硬度因数减小,在相同轮胎质量下滚动阻力更低;横向刚性和纵向刚性均减小,驾乘舒适性更好;接地印痕面积更大,单位面积平均压力更小,轮胎的耐磨性能更好,制动性能更佳;在充气压力增大至350 kPa时,负荷性能更好,更有利于安全驾驶;采用1层钢丝帘布替代2层聚酯帘布可以降低成本。目前,轿车轮胎胎体骨架材料采用钢丝帘线仍存在许多问题需要解决。The effect of polyester cord and steel cord used in carcass on the performance of passenger car radial tire was studied,and the advantages and disadvantages of using steel cord in the carcass of passenger car radial tire was discussed.The results showed that,compared with polyester cord tire,the strength performance,high speed performance and low air pressure durability of steel cord tire were improved,the hardness factor was reduced,the rolling resistance under the same tire weight was lower,the transverse and longitudinal rigidity of steel cord tire were reduced,the riding comfort of tire was better,the footprint area was larger,the average pressure per unit area was smaller,and the wear resistance and braking performance of tire was better.With increased inflation pressure to 350 kPa,steel cord tire had better load performance,and was more conducive to safe driving.The cost could be reduced when one layer of steel cord was used to replace two layers of polyester cord.However,at present,there were still many problems to be overcome in using steel cord as carcass skeleton material of passenger car radial tire.
