摘 要:热电偶作为一种普遍使用的温度传感器,在各种工业测温场所中被广泛使用。为了使热电偶在测温过程中能够准确测量温度,要对热电偶进行检定和校准。现目前采用热电偶自动检定系统进行热电偶的检定和校准。在检定过程中,很多因素都会影响检定结果的准确性,如热电偶自身的原因、检定系统及其环境、不确定度分析等。基于热电偶自动检定系统的原理,对上述原因进行了整理,简单分析热电偶进行检定或校准时的常见问题及解决方法,以实现对热电偶更加精准的温度计量,减小在量值传递中的误差影响。Thermocouple is widely used in various industrial temperature measuring places as a kind of universal temperature sensor.In order to measure the temperature accurately,the thermocouple must be verified and calibrated.At present,automatic thermocouple verification system is used for thermocouple verification and calibration.In the verification process,many factors will affect the accuracy of the verification results,such as the cause verification system of thermocouple itself and its environmental uncertainty analysis.Based on the principle of automatic thermocouple verification system,the above reasons are sorted out,and simply the common problems and solutions of thermocouple verification or calibration are analyzed,so as to realize more accurate temperature measurement of thermocouple and reduce the influence of error in the quantity value transmission.
