摘  要:为实现仅使用一种后整理剂而开发多功能化棉纺织品的目的,分别使用柠檬酸(CA)和丁烷四羧酸(BTCA)与Fe3+离子通过常规整理工艺制备两种多元羧酸铁配合物整理棉织物,在表征基础上重点考察和比较了它们的抗菌、拒水和环境净化等多功能性。结果表明:两种整理织物对金黄葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌都表现出很强的抑制性,其中以柠檬酸铁整理织物的抗菌性更佳,对金黄葡萄球菌的抑制率达到100%;在整理过程中Fe3+离子和BTCA浓度的提高能够显著改善其拒水性能,且丁烷四羧酸铁整理织物的拒水性更强,水接触角超过130°;两种整理织物不仅对Cr(VI)具有光催化还原去除作用,而且对偶氮染料活性红195也表现出优良的光催化氧化降解和矿化能力,其中柠檬酸铁整理织物的光催化净化性能远高于丁烷四羧酸铁整理织物。In order to realize the purpose of developing multifunctional cotton fabric with only one finishing agent,citric acid(CA)or butanetetracarboxylic acid(BTCA)and Fe3+ions were used by a regular finishing process for preparing two kinds of polycarboxylic acid Fe complex finished cotton fabrics.On the basis of several characterizations,their multifunction including antibacterial activities,water resistance and environmental purification performance were investigated and compared,respectively.The results indicated that both finished fabrics showed better activity against E.coli and S.aureus.CA-Fe complex finished fabric had stronger antibacterial activities than the other,and its inhibition rate on S.aureus reached 100%.Increasing Fe3+ions and BTCA concentration could significantly enhance their water resistance.Moreover,BTCA-Fe complex finished fabric exhibited better water resistance than the other,water contact angle was higher than 130°.Additionally,both finished fabrics also presented the photocatalytic reductive removal ability for Cr(VI)species and oxidative degradation and mineralization performance for azo dye,Reactive Red 195.CA-Fe complex finished fabric showed much better photocatalytic capacity than the other at the same conditions.
