摘  要:稠油乳状液的破乳问题深刻困扰着石油工业的发展,由于非聚醚型破乳剂对沥青质、胶质含量较高的稠油有着良好的破乳效果,其在稠油破乳问题上的发展与应用聚焦了越来越多的行业关注。本文以稠油乳状液自身特点为基础,从分配系数、界面活性、界面张力、相对分子量、分子结构、芳香性与极性等影响因素角度,深入探讨了非聚醚型稠油破乳剂的性能影响参数,并指导该类破乳剂的开发。Demulsification of heavy oil emulsions has deeply troubled the development of petroleum industry.Due to the good demulsification effect of non-polyether demulsifier on heavy oil with high content of asphaltene and gelatine,more and more industry attention has been focused on the development and application of non-polyether demulsifier on demulsification of heavy oil.Based on the characteristics of heavy oil emulsions,this paper discusses the performance parameters of non-polyether heavy oil demulsifiers from the perspectives of distribution coefficient,interfacial activity,interfacial tension,relative molecular weight,molecular structure,aromaticity and polarity,etc.,and guide the development of non-polyether heavy oil demulsifiers.
