摘  要:针对油气管道聚乙烯防腐层表面粘结性差的问题,本文对目前常见的聚乙烯表面处理技术进行研究,调研火焰极化、机械打磨、等离子处理等技术的原理及适用范围。并采用3种表面处理技术,对聚乙烯试件进行表面处理,对比处理效果,确定其适用性。In view of the poor adhesion on the surface of polyethylene anticorrosive coating of oil and gas pipeline,this paper studies the common surface treatment technology of polyethylene at present,and investigates the principle and application scope of flame polarization,mechanical grinding,plasma treatment,and other technologies.Three kinds of surface treatment techniques were used to treat the surface of polyethylene samples,and the effect of treatment was compared to determine its applicability.
