原油储罐底板的腐蚀及阴极保护防腐研究

摘　　要：原油在我国是不可或缺的重要资源,在用储罐储存的过程当中,由于各种原因会使得储罐尤其是储罐底板出现腐蚀现象,造成原油的泄漏和浪费,因此,进行原油储罐的防腐就成了一项重要的工作。本文将分析造成原油储罐腐蚀的三个基本原因,并着力介绍阴极保护防腐措施,详细阐述阴极防腐保护措施应用的原因、条件和过程。Pipeli Crude oil is an indispensable and important resource in our country.In the process of storage with storage tanks,due to various reasons,the corrosion of storage tanks,especially the bottom plate of storage tanks,will lead to the leakage and waste of crude oil,the anticorrosion of crude oil storage tank has become an important work.In this paper,three basic causes of corrosion of crude oil storage tanks are analyzed,and Cathodic protection measures are introduced.The causes,conditions and process of application of Cathodic protection measures are described in detail.
