摘 要:重金属污染恶化环境且威胁人体健康,防治重金属污染具有必要性和紧迫性。基于绿色生态吸附基材壳聚糖(CTS)的离子印迹材料具有离子专一识别性而备受关注,但鲜有人对其凝胶材料的"构-效"关系尤其是交联特性对离子的识别进行研究。因此对新型CTS离子印迹凝胶的"制备-结构-性能"三元关系进行研究。结果表明:通过调节交联过程参数可有效控制交联度在40%~90%之间,在交联度为74%时对Cr(Ⅵ)的选择识别性最高;该离子凝胶材料与Cr(Ⅵ)能形成内层络合结构,致使离子强度的增大促进对Cr(Ⅵ)的吸附;使用8g/L的再生液能有效洗脱96%以上的Cr(Ⅵ)。The pollution by heavy metals is currently very serious,which not only worsens the environment but also threatens human health.It is necessary and urgent to prevent and control the pollution of heavy metals.Green and ecological chitosan-based ion-imprinted materials have attracted much attention due to its high specificity to ions,but few researchers focus on the relationship of crosslinking properties and adsorption.Therefore,the "preparation-structure-adsorption" of CTS ion-imprinted gel was investigated.The results indicated that the degree of crosslinking was controlled at 40%~90% by adjusting the crosslinking conditions.The CTS ion-imprinted gel had the highest selectivity toward to Cr(Ⅵ) when the crosslinking degree was 74%,and the increase of ion strength promoted the adsorption of Cr(Ⅵ),and the ionic gel materials formed an inner complexation structure with Cr(VI).More than 96% Cr(Ⅵ) can be eluted effectively with 8 g/L regenerated liquid.
