摘　　要：目前,油气输送的地面管道和设备的外防腐涂料涂层,由于其常年裸露在室外风吹日晒,其外涂层使用寿命一般在3~5年,之后就会出现开裂和锈蚀问题。为解决这些在役管道和设备的外防腐锈蚀或开裂问题,运营单位一般每隔一段时间都需要进行再次防腐涂装,而在涂装前,按照要求,需对管道和设备表面进行喷砂处理,确保喷砂表面至少要达到Sa2.5级,以确保涂层能有效附着。基于此,在运行不停输条件下,喷砂作业不仅会带来严重的环境污染问题,还会产生静电或电火花,从而引发火灾爆炸等安全事件。本文介绍的新型带锈外防腐系统,在人工去除松动的旧漆层与锈层,表面处理仅需达到ST2级,涂层能拥有良好的附着能力,防腐周期长。与此同时,新型带锈外防腐涂料与自清洁涂料配套使用,还会延长涂料的防腐寿命,减少日常维护;与防腐软膜配套使用,则可改善螺栓、法兰等异形部位的涂层柔韧性,提高防腐效果,具有较好的应用前景。At present,the service life of the external anti-corrosion coating of the ground pipeline and equipment for oil and gas transportation is generally 3~5 years because it is exposed to the wind and sun all the year round.After that,cracking and corrosion problems will occur.In order to solve the corrosion and cracking problems of these pipelines and equipment in service,the operators generally need to carry out anti-corrosion coating again every other period of time.Before coating,the surface of pipelines and equipment should be sandblasted to ensure that the sandblasted surface can reach Sa2.5 grade at least,so as to ensure the effective adhesion of coating.Based on this,sand blasting operation will not only bring serious environmental pollution problems,but also generate static electricity or spark,which will lead to fire and explosion and other safety incidents.This paper introduces a new type of rusty external anticorrosion system,which can remove the loose old paint layer and rust layer manually,and the surface treatment only needs to reach ST2 level.The coating can have good adhesion and long anti-corrosion period.At the same time,the new rusty external anti-corrosion coating and self-cleaning coating are used together,which can extend the anticorrosion life of the coating and reduce the daily maintenance;if it is used together with the anti-corrosion soft film,it can improve the flexibility of the coating on specialshaped parts such as bolts and flanges,and improve the anti-corrosion effect,so it has a good application prospect.
