甘精胰岛素联合瑞格列奈治疗2型糖尿病的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探讨甘精胰岛素联合瑞格列奈治疗2型糖尿病的临床效果。方法本研究研究时间为2018年1月至2019年6月,研究对象为2型糖尿病患者,共计70例。分组方法为随机数字表法,分成对照组和观察组,每组35例。对照组用甘精胰岛素治疗,观察组用甘精胰岛素联合瑞格列奈治疗,比较两组患者治疗前后血糖指标水平、用药不良反应以及低血糖事件发生率。结果治疗后观察组空腹血糖(FBG)和餐后2 h血糖(2hPBG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、体质量指数(BMI)低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组低血糖事件发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组用药不良反应发生率稍高于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论2型糖尿病患者用甘精胰岛素联合瑞格列奈治疗的效果显著,可充分控制患者的血糖水平,显著降低患者体内的FBG和2hPBG、HbAlc水平及BMI指数,用药不良反应少,低血糖事件发生率低。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of insulin glargine combined with repaglinide in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods The study period was from January 2018 to June 2019.The subjects were 70 patients with type 2 diabetes.The grouping method is random number table method.The patients were divided into control group and observation group with 35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with insulin glargine,while the observation group was treated with insulin glargine combined with repaglinide.The blood glucose index level,adverse drug reactions and incidence of hypoglycemic events before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results Fasting blood glucose(FBG),blood glucose(2hPBG),glycated hemoglobin(HbA1c)and body mass index(BMI)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group after treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of hypoglycemic events in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse drug reactions in the observation group was slightly higher than that in the control group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion The effect of insulin glargine combined with repaglinide in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus is remarkable,which can fully control the blood glucose level of patients,significantly reduce the level of FBG and 2 hPBG,HbAlc and BMI index in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.The incidence of hypoglycemia was low.
