摘　　要：目的探讨红霉素和阿奇霉素序贯疗法治疗小儿肺炎支原体感染患儿的临床疗效及安全性。方法选择我院2017年5月至2018年5月收治的100例小儿肺炎支原体感染患儿,结合治疗方案的差异回顾性分组将其分别纳入对照组与观察组,各50例。对照组采取红霉素治疗,治疗组则采取红霉素+阿奇霉素序贯疗法治疗。比较两组临床疗效;各种不同临床表现消失时间;治疗前后炎症相关指标(超敏C反应蛋白和降钙素原);使用药物治疗过程的不良症状发生情况。结果观察组患儿总有效率、各种不同临床表现消失时间、超敏C反应蛋白和降钙素原均优于对照组,P<0.05。观察组和对照组患儿使用药物治疗过程的不良症状发生率比较,差异无统计学意义,P>0.05。结论红霉素的应用加以阿奇霉素序贯疗法治疗用于小儿肺炎支原体感染治疗,可获得较好的治疗成效。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy and safety of erythromycin and azithromycin sequential therapy in the treatment of children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection.Methods Selected 100 children with mycoplasma pneumoniae infection in our hospital from May 2017 to May 2018,and retrospectively grouped them into the control group and the observation group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with erythromycin,and the observation group was treated with erythromycin+azithromycin sequential therapy.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared;the disappearance time of various clinical manifestations;inflammation-related indicators(high-sensitivity C-reactive protein and procalcitonin)before and after treatment;and the occurrence of adverse symptoms in the course of drug treatment.Results The total effective rate,disappearance time of various clinical manifestations,high sensitivity C-reactive protein and procalcitonin in the observation group were better than those in the control group,P<0.05.There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse symptoms between the observation group and the control group during the course of drug treatment,P>0.05.Conclusion The application of erythromycin plus azithromycin sequential therapy for the treatment of children with mycoplasma pneumoniae infection can achieve better therapeutic effects.
