阿托伐他汀治疗老年高脂血症患者的临床疗效及不良反应

摘　　要：目的探讨阿托伐他汀(立普妥)治疗老年高脂血症患者的临床疗效及不良反应。方法选取我院2017年4月至2018年6月收治的100例老年高脂血症患者,按照随机数字表法分为常规治疗组与联合治疗组,各50例。常规治疗组实施常规饮食控制治疗,联合治疗组则实施常规饮食控制加阿托伐他汀治疗。比较两组患者临床疗效;治疗前后血脂指标水平;血脂开始下降的时间、体质量指数(BMI)降低的水平;不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后,联合治疗组患者总有效率、总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、三酰甘油、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇、血脂开始下降的时间、BMI降低的水平相比常规治疗组更好,P<0.05。联合治疗组患者不良反应发生率和常规治疗组比较无明显统计学差异,P>0.05。结论常规饮食控制加阿托伐他汀治疗老年高脂血症患者的临床效果理想。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of atorvastatin(lipitor)in the treatment of elderly patients with hyperlipidemia.Methods A total of 100 elderly patients with hyperlipidemia admitted to our hospital from April 2017 to June 2018 were selected and divided into the conventional treatment group and the combined treatment group according to the random number table,with 50 cases in each group.The conventional treatment group received conventional diet control treatment,and the combined treatment group received conventional diet control plus atorvastatin treatment.The clinical efficacy;levels of blood lipid index before and after treatment;the time when blood lipids began to decrease,the level of body mass index(BMI)decrease;the occurrence of adverse reactions of the two groups of patients were compared.Results After treatment,the total effective rate,total cholesterol,low-density lipoprotein cholesterol,triacylglycerol,high-density lipoprotein cholesterol,the time when blood lipids began to fall,and the level of BMI reduction in the combined treatment group were better than those in the conventional treatment group,P<0.05.There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the combined treatment group and the conventional treatment group,P>0.05.Conclusion Routine diet control plus atorvastatin is effective in treating elderly patients with hyperlipidemia.
