摘　　要：目的探讨穴位推拿治疗肛肠病术后重度尿潴留的临床疗效。方法选取122例肛肠病术后重度尿潴留患者,对照组应用甲基硫酸新斯注射液治疗,研究组采用穴位推拿方法治疗。结果研究组临床总有效率为96.72%,明显高于对照组的81.97%(P<0.05);研究组对临床疗效满意率是98.36%,明显高于对照组的85.25%(P<0.05);研究组生活质量评分(生活能力、机体健康、对疾病认知度、睡眠质量、心理情绪)高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针对肛肠病术后重度尿潴留患者实施穴位推拿治疗临床价值高,可有效降低机体疼痛,还可反复操作,规避机体感染概率,快速改善尿潴留情况,值得推广。Objective To explore the clinical effect of acupoint massage on severe urinary retention after anorectal disease.Methods One hundred and twentytwo patients with severe urinary retention after anorectal disease were treated with neoseth methyl sulfate injection in the control group and acupoint massage in the study group.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 96.72%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),the satisfaction rate of the study group was 98.36%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of acupoint massage for patients with severe urinary retention after anorectal disease has high clinical value,which can effectively reduce the pain of the body,can also be operated repeatedly,avoid the probability of infection and improve the situation of urinary retention quickly,which is worth popularizing.
