连续护理模式对萎缩性阴道炎患者的干预效果

摘　　要：目的探讨连续护理模式对萎缩性阴道炎患者的干预效果。方法选取2019年1月至2020年1月大连市普兰店区中心医院收治的80例萎缩性阴道炎患者,采用双盲随机法分为对照组(n=40,给予常规护理)和试验组(n=40,实施连续护理模式)。比较两组护理前后的负面情绪、护理满意度评分、外阴瘙痒症状消失时间、白带异常消失时间及复发情况。结果护理后,试验组焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分、护理满意度评分、外阴瘙痒症状消失时间、白带异常消失时间、复发率均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对萎缩性阴道炎患者实施连续护理模式的效果确切,可有效改善临床症状,缩短治疗时间,患者的满意度较高。Objective To investigate the effect of continuous nursing on atrophic vaginitis.Methods From January 2019 to January 2020,80 patients with atrophic vaginitis admitted to the Dalian Pulandian District Central Hospital were selected and divided into a control group(n=40,given routine care)and a test group(n=40,implement continuous care mode).Before and after nursing,the scores of negative emotion related scale,nursing satisfaction,disappearance time of pruritus,disappearance time of leucorrhea and recurrence rate were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the test group's Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)score,Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)score,nursing satisfaction score,disappearance time of vulvar pruritus symptoms,disappearance time of abnormal leucorrhea,and recurrence rate were better than those of the control group.All were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of continuous nursing mode in patients with atrophic vaginitis is definite.It can effectively improve the clinical symptoms,shorten the treatment time,and improve the patients'satisfaction.
