门诊手术患者换药拆线的护理体会

摘　　要：目的分析探讨门诊手术患者换药拆线的护理方案。方法本次将我院门诊收治的100例换药拆线手术患者作为研究的对象,纳入时间分布在2018年1月至2019年3月,进一步以随机数字分组法分成2个不同的组别,每组平均为50例;其中对照组患者实施常规护理,观察组实施优质护理,对比两组护理干预效果。结果换药拆线后,观察组伤口愈合缓慢、继发性感染、局部组织坏死的比率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度为96.00%,显著高于对照组(72.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论门诊手术患者换药拆线过程中实施优质护理,可降低继发性感染、坏死风险,促进创口愈合。Objective To analyze and discuss the nursing scheme of changing medicine and removing thread in outpatients.Methods One hundred patients who were treated in outpatient department of our hospital were treated in this study,the inclusion period is from January 2018 to March 2019,further divided into two different groups by the random number grouping method,average of 50 cases per group.The patients in the control group were given routine care,quality care in observation groups,the effect of nursing intervention in the two groups was compared.Results After dressing changed,The rate of wound healing,secondary infection and local tissue necrosis in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,data difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 96.00%,significantly higher than the control group(72.00%),data difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion High-quality nursing care for outpatients undergoing surgery during dressing change and thread removal,can reduce the risk of secondary infection,necrosis,promote wound healing.
