人性化护理在胃癌手术患者围手术期护理中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨人性化护理在胃癌手术患者围手术期护理中的应用效果。方法选择我院于2018年1月至2019年1月收治的行胃癌手术治疗患者48例,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(23例,采用常规护理)与观察组(25例,在常规护理基础上采用人性化护理干预)。比较分析两组患者护理前后生活质量评分、肠鸣音正常时间、住院时间、临床护理质量评分和术后并发症发生情况。结果护理后,观察组患者生活质量评分、护理质量评分、肠鸣音正常时间、住院时间、并发症发生率均优对照组,两组数据比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对行胃癌手术治疗患者围手术期采用人性化护理措施,能够有效提高临床护理质量,缩短患者术后功能恢复时间,改善患者术后生活质量。Objective To explore the applicationg effect of humanized nursing in patients undergoing gastric cancer surgery during the perioperative nursing.Methods Forty eight patients undergoing gastric cancer surgery treated in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were selected and divided into a control group(23 cases,using routine care)and an observation group(25 cases,using humanized nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing)by using random number table method.The quality of life scores before and after nursing,normal time of bowel sounds,length of hospital stay,clinical nursing quality scores and postoperative complications were collected and analyzed in the two groups.Results After nursing,the observation group patients'quality of life score,nursing quality score,normal bowel sounds,hospitalization time,and complication rate were better than those in the control group.There was a statistically significant difference between the two groups of data(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of humanized nursing measures during the perioperative period of patients undergoing gastric cancer surgery can effectively improve the quality of clinical care,shorten the recovery time of postoperative functions of patients,improve the quality of life of patients after surgery.
