细节护理对提高儿科静脉穿刺成功率的效果

摘　　要：目的分析细节护理对提高儿科静脉穿刺成功率的效果。方法本次试验研究的对象为我院儿科收治的需要接受静脉穿刺治疗的患儿240例(患儿入院时间范围为2018年10月至2019年10月),按照随机数字表法分为细节组(120例,在常规护理基础上采用细节护理)和常规组(120例,采用常规护理),分析比较两组患儿相关护理指标。结果与常规组患儿相比,细节组患儿一次性穿刺成功率、患儿治疗依从性以及患儿家属护理满意度明显较高(P<0.05);细节组患儿护理差错事件、护患纠纷发生率与常规组患儿相比明显较低(P<0.05)。结论在儿科实施静脉穿刺的过程中采用细节护理,提高了一次性穿刺成功率,减轻了患儿因为反复穿刺所承受的痛苦,有助于患儿更好地配合治疗,减少了护理差错事件和护患纠纷的发生,使患儿家属对治疗与护理更为满意。Objective To analyze the effect of detailed nursing on improving the success rate of pediatric venipuncture.Methods The subjects of this experimental study were 240 children in our pediatric department who needed venipuncture treatment(patients were admitted between October 2018 and October 2019).According to the random number table method,they were divided into the detail group(120 cases,using detailed nursing on the basis of routine care)and the routine group(120 cases,using routine care),and the related nursing indicators of the two groups of children were analyzed and compared.Results Compared with the children in the routine group,the success rate of one-time puncture,the treatment compliance of the children and nursing satisfaction of family members of children in the details group were significantly higher(P<0.05);the incidence of nursing errors and nurse-patient disputes in the details group was significantly lower than that in the routine group(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of detailed nursing during pediatric venipuncture improves the success rate of one-time puncture,reduces the pain of children suffered due to repeated puncture,helps the children better coordinate treatment,and reduces the occurrence of nursing errors and nurse-patient disputes,make the family members of the children more satisfied with the treatment and care.
