摘　　要：目的观察心理护理在无痛人工流产麻醉护理中的应用效果。方法抽选本院2017年1月至2020年1月收治的96例无痛人工流产患者作为观察对象,入组患者均接受常规手术麻醉。随机分组,每组各48例,分别实施常规麻醉护理(常规护理组)与常规麻醉护理联合心理护理(心理护理组)。比较护理前后两组患者的SDS、SAS评分,记录两组人工流产综合征的发生情况,计算出发生率。结果护理前两组患者SDS、SAS评分比较组间差异不明显(P>0.05);护理后心理护理组的SDS评分与SAS评分均明显低于同一时间点的常规护理组(P<0.05)。心理护理组人工流产综合征发生率为2.08%,明显低于常规护理组的12.50%(P<0.05)。结论无痛人工流产麻醉的患者行常规麻醉护理联合心理护理可以取得理想的临床效果。Objective To observe the effect of psychological nursing in anesthesia nursing for painless abortion.Methods A total of 96 patients with painless abortion admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to January 2020 were selected as observation objects.All patients in the group underwent routine anesthesia.Randomly divided into 48 cases in each group,and implemented conventional anesthesia care(conventional care group)and conventional anesthesia care combined with psychological care(psychological nursing group).The SDS and SAS scores of the two groups of patients before and after nursing were compared.Record the occurrence of induced abortion syndrome in two groups and calculate the incidence.Results There was no significant difference between the SDS and SAS scores of the two groups of patients before nursing(P>0.05).The SDS and SAS scores of the psychological nursing group after nursing were significantly lower than those of the conventional nursing group at the same time point(P<0.05).The incidence of induced abortion syndrome in the psychological nursing group was 2.08%,which was significantly lower than that in the conventional nursing group(12.50%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with painless abortion anesthesia can achieve ideal clinical results by routine anesthesia nursing combined with psychological nursing.
