摘　　要：目的探讨直肠癌患者行结肠造瘘术后造瘘口并发症的护理措施及其护理效果。方法我院于2017年2月至2019年2月收治100例直肠癌患者,均实施结肠造瘘术,对照组50例应用常规护理,观察组50例应用预防性综合护理干预,分析两组患者的护理效果。结果观察组患者术后造瘘口并发症发生率为6.00%,明显低于对照组20.00%;观察组患者术后生活质量评分高于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论直肠癌患者行结肠造瘘术后造瘘口综合性预防护理干预,可有效帮助患者降低术后造瘘口并发症,提高患者生活质量,值得推广与应用。Objective To summarize the nursing measures and effects of the complications of stoma in rectal cancer patients after colostomy.Methods One hundred patients with rectal cancer were treated in our hospital from February 2017 to February 2019.All patients underwent colostomy.The control group received 50 routine nursing care.The observation group received preventive comprehensive nursing intervention.The nursing effects of the two groups were retrospectively analyzed.Result The incidence of complications in the observation group was 6.00%,which was less than 20.00%in the control group.The scores of quality of life in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive preventive nursing intervention for patients with rectal cancer after colostomy can effectively reduce the complications of stoma and improve the quality of life of patients.It is worth popularizing and applying.
